Incubation of eggs of endangered fish species, regional seed mixes, removal of pharmaceutical residues from wastewater or protection against invasive crayfish species in Estonia. The State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic will present seventeen of its projects, implemented with the support of the Norway Grants, at a two-day expert conference. Experts from Norway, Poland and Greece will come to Prague’s Spojka Events to learn about Czech environmental protection projects.

The State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic has decided that due to the continuing pandemic situation, all successful applicants from Trolltunga Call will be offered the opportunity to extend the deadline for the implementation of the bilateral initiative until August 2022.

The first bilateral Call announced under the Environment, Ecosystems and Climate Change Programme, which is funded by the Norway Grants 2014-2021, is closed. Ten successful Czech-Norwegian bilateral initiatives will share support in the total amount of over 2,6 million crowns. The announcement of the second bilateral call is scheduled for the second half of this year.

The last, tenth, bilateral initiative is the project implemented by Faculty of Transportation Sciences of the Czech Technical University.

The ninth supported bilateral initiative is the project of the Institute of Botany of the CAS. The bilateral initiative is focused on forest habitat.

The total allocation for the "Trolltunga Call" is currently exhausted. Receipt of new applications has been stopped.

The eighth supported bilateral initiative is the project of the non-profit organization ALKA Wildlife.
